Nashville, TN 2010

This was the "Best Trip E----------VER!" I got to go to the temple, shop with my Mom and sisters, and eat at some fantastic restaurants! The best part was that I was able to see all of my family down in the south. Janna and Jamie came up from Mississippi and my Dad and Laureen came down from the St. Louis, MO area. I love my family. They "get" me and my weird sense of humor. I wish my sister Wendy could've joined our festivities...and it would've been cool to have my cousin Renee there too. But California is a LONG way from Tennessee. It was a girls weekend......all the girl grand babies of my Grandma Ingram were in attendance. I am thankful for such a wonderful family and a wonderful husband who was able to provide the funds for such a memory making trip. I wish Adam could go with me everywhere, but he sometimes has to stay home and provide for the family. I am grateful he understands how important it is for me to see my family even though it is pricey at times and even when he gets left out. We are truly blessed.

Since Easters

The Easter bunny was good to us this year. We had a wonderful day full of conference, belgian waffles and a yummy roast dinner with the Anderson family. What a memorable holiday.

Things To Celebrate

There has not been much to celebrate in our household....but we have been able to celebrate a new baby and a 1 year old just recently with our friends. In late February, Kathryn and I threw a baby shower for her sister-in-law and my good friend Alisa. It was so fun to do this together. We had a blast. Then, just last weekend our family was invited to celebrate little Ethan's first year of life. He is too cute and he is so sweet to Savannah. Thank you for having us Anderson family!!!!

Colorado Fun

For the last few days of Spring Break, Adam took a few days off and we traveled down to Colorado Springs to visit some family. We stayed with Adam's brother "Dr. Josh" and his wife and 2 kids. Josh is a pediodontist that specializes in children's dentistry and orthodontics. Charlotte got the chance to get her teeth checked and cleaned by her wonderful Uncle. She did great with the X-Rays, cleaning, etc. No cavities yet and looking good. It was a great first experience for her at the dentist. Thanks Uncle Josh! We also hit up the Aquarium in Denver with our great friends. It was really neat. They even had tigers! Cool. At the end of the tour we were able to touch the sting rays also. It was so fun.

Casper, Wyoming

It never fails, as soon as we make GREAT friends in Laramie....they move away. First it was the Brooks family, then the Johnson family....and now the Anderson's are most likely leaving too. We are very grateful to have met such great families and we love it when they come to visit or we get to visit them. For spring break this year, I decided to take the girls (of course Adam had to stay home and work....which is too bad since he LOVES Chauncy) LOL...anyway, I decided to take the girls up to Casper to visit the Johnson family. Elise and Charlotte had a blast together. They jump and play all day long. It was such a fabulous weekend!!!! There is nothing like a really good friend to help lift your spirits. Kelli does this for me each time I see her. Thank you for your hospitality and friendship! As for Brenda, you need to move back to Wyoming.....and Kathryn......don't leave me. :)

Egg Hunt and Binky Patrol

Seen here is the Easter egg hunt we had with our good friends and neighbors. Char and Sav had a visit from these cute boys and together they dyed hard boiled eggs and also had a hunt for Noah's Ark eggs filled with candy. Mmmmmm. It was fun. Also in this post is a picture of Savannah with 2 binky's clipped and ready to use. Can we say binky overload?
