Charlotte's Motorcycle Daddy Day

Here is the "Panda" class that Charlotte is a part of. She goes to preschool each day and really enjoys her time there. She tells us over and over that her best friends there are Ashlyn (she is in our ward) and Ransom (he is a sweet boy). Anyway, her teachers wanted to take field trips to some of the parents' jobs so the children in the class could show what their Mom's and Dad's dofor a living. So far this year the class has visited such places as the lab school library, the nursing program center at U.W., the fire station, etc. They asked to see the house Adam is helping build but we believe it is against OSHA safety to take little children inside an unfinished building.....before investigating we decided it would be too risky. Therefore we decided that Adam would talk to them about how he knows how to build and fix motorcycles. These kids LOVED learning about and touching the motorcycles seen here, along with all their tools. After the fine demonstration by Adam, they got to play at our complex's park nearby. It was a great time!!!! Charlotte loved telling everyone that the green motorcycle was hers. HAHAHAHA Kids are so cute.

Never too young in our family to take a ride with Daddy!!!!!

She gets so excited at the park to eat sand........yuck! But it is seriously like FunDip to her. She sticks her finger in and licks the sand off over and over and over. Mmmmmmm
My girls LOVE to play with the laundry basket whenever I empty it and do the wash. They both giggle so much as they climb into that thing.
This was our little buddy's last play/day in Laramie. It was bittersweet. We are excited for his family but so sad to see him go. He and Charlotte have become GREAT little pals.

Mother's Day

Sometimes I am able to be so crafty and on the ball that Charlotte's lunch looks like this......
Other days I miss the ball and just go koo-koo as seen here (we have never laughed so hard)
And some days I like to turn my children into rock stars with their hairstyles
But EVERY Day..........I love being a Mother. Happy Mother's Day.

Congrats Class of 2010

This is my way of being "festive"
